Commitment

FreshDrop aims to provide a marketplace that is usable by customers, cleaners, riders, and administrators with diverse abilities. Our target is WCAG 2.1 AA for core user journeys, including signup, login, booking, payment, order tracking, support, and account settings.

Known Scope

FreshDrop should test keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form labels, color contrast, mobile touch targets, screen reader labels, error messages, and reduced-motion settings before each major release.
