FreshDrop Technologies Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through the FreshDrop marketplace, except where a third-party provider acts independently under its own privacy notice.

Data We Collect
We collect data needed to operate a cleaning marketplace, verify users, process orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with law.
- Identity and account data such as name, email, phone number, role, profile image, and login records.
- Customer order data such as pickup address, service area, cleaning preferences, order history, payment status, complaints, and reviews.
- Cleaner and rider data such as verification documents, business profile, service areas, payout details, ratings, availability, handoff confirmations, and performance records.
- Location data such as selected area, address, route context, and precise GPS only when a user chooses to share it for matching or delivery features.
- Technical data such as IP address, device information, browser, logs, security events, cookies, and analytics events.
Why We Use Data
We process personal data for contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent where required, legal obligation, fraud prevention, platform safety, customer support, and service improvement.

- Match customers with cleaners and riders.
- Process payments, wallet credits, refunds, payouts, and dispute holds.
- Verify cleaners and riders and enforce marketplace standards.
- Send transactional notifications and security messages.
- Investigate fraud, complaints, abuse, chargebacks, and safety incidents.
- Comply with tax, accounting, data protection, consumer protection, and law enforcement obligations.
Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and complaint review. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Some records may be retained where required for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, law enforcement, or legal claims.
