Payment Processing
FreshDrop may use third-party payment processors to process customer payments, wallet top-ups, refunds, and payouts. Users authorize FreshDrop and its processors to charge, hold, refund, settle, or reverse payments according to order status, disputes, and applicable policies.
FreshDrop does not store raw payment card details. Card processing is handled by approved payment providers.
Wallet Balances
Wallet balances may represent customer credits, refunds, promotions, or service funds available for use on FreshDrop. Wallet balances are not bank accounts and may be subject to limits, verification, fraud review, expiry for promotional credits, and legal restrictions.
FreshDrop may freeze wallet balances during disputes, suspected fraud, chargebacks, account compromise, or legal review.
Service Holds and Release
Customer funds may be held until the cleaner accepts the order, service milestones are completed, or the dispute period expires. Release of funds to cleaners and riders depends on status updates, confirmations, commission rules, payout schedule, and dispute checks.
Commissions and Deductions
FreshDrop may deduct marketplace commission, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, penalties, taxes, and adjustments before payout. Commission rates and payout schedules may differ by role, service type, promotion, or written agreement.
