License Grant

The Contributor grants FreshDrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, crop, adapt, display, distribute, and promote submitted media, testimonials, logos, names, likenesses, and related content for FreshDrop operations and marketing.

Rights and Releases

The Contributor represents that the content is original or properly licensed, that all recognizable people have consented, and that use by FreshDrop will not violate privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or contractual rights.

Restrictions and Removal

FreshDrop may remove or stop using content at its discretion. The Contributor may request removal from future marketing use, but prior lawful uses, backups, legal records, and already distributed materials may not be fully retrievable.
