User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload, such as business names, descriptions, photos, logos, messages, and reviews. By uploading content, users grant FreshDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content for platform operation, support, safety, and marketing related to FreshDrop.
Users represent that they own or have valid permission to upload and authorize FreshDrop's use of the content.
Prohibited IP Conduct
Users must not upload stolen photos, copied business descriptions, unlicensed logos, copyrighted marketing images, fake certificates, protected trademarks, or content that violates another person's rights.
FreshDrop may remove content, suspend accounts, withhold verification, or terminate access where infringement or misrepresentation is suspected.
Takedown Notices
A rights owner may send a takedown notice to legal@freshdrop.com with identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, contact details, a good-faith statement, and authority to act.
FreshDrop may disable access to disputed content, notify the uploader, request a counter-notice, and preserve records as required by applicable law.
License Records
FreshDrop should maintain internal records for fonts, icons, photos, templates, AI-generated assets, third-party code, and vendor-provided media. Developers and contractors must assign or license all deliverables to FreshDrop in writing.
